Has anyone else ever noticed that while the anti-Israel types make all kinds of whiny noise about people starving in Gaza, that we never actually see any photos of any people starving in Gaza or even of Gaza in general? Its because, rather than "an open air prison" Gaza has 25 miles of Med beach, food and medicine trucked in by Israel, and looks alot of other Middle Eastern cities on the coast. Perhaps day to day life in Gaza should be compared to day to day life in Cairo, rather than life in the trendy cafes of the lefty Bay Area.

Photos from the Palestinian on-line newspaper of families preparing for Ramadan.
Note the horrors of the toy shops, the candy vendors, the spice stores.
Oh my, those are LOVELY photos!
I wanna go there, I wanna go!
