Tikvah (UC Berkeley's pro-Israel student group) will be hosting Hillel Neuer, the executive director of UN Watch, to speak about the United Nations, human rights and Israel. He will address the controversial Schabas Commission on the Israel-Gaza conflict this summer.
He will also survey the overall history and current practices of the UN Human Rights Council.

NGO in Geneva, Switzerland. Mr. Neuer appears regularly before the
