Diminishing Returns at San Francisco Tax Day protest

There was another (yawn) protest in front of the Israeli Consulate on Wednesday April 15.   The theme of this one was "Tax day." The sub-themes were blah blah blah genocide.   Blah blah blah baby killers.  They even threw in some gratuitous anti-ICE action in a frantic but failed effort to get more attention.

What was remarkable was that with over 30 groups sponsoring this, they could barely scrap together 70 souls to show up.

Shout out to Fremont High English teacher and journalism advisor Emer Martin.  (Did you call in sick to work, sweetheart?)  who didn't even realize her Palestinian flag was upside down.

Yep.   This is who is teaching your kids.

After a half- hearted attempt to block the street, the group congratulated themselves and dispersed in search of acai kombuchas and non-fat soy lattes.
