BDS. Failing since 1945

Throwback Thursday, and a reminder that the more things change, the more they stay the same.

This article, from the Dec.4 1945 New York Times is a reminder that

1) The boycott of Jewish, er,  Zionist, goods has been going on for a very long time.
2.) In 1945, the Palestinians were Jewish .
3) When reminded that a boycott might cause local Arabs  to lose their jobs, organizers simply didn't care.

    Note that "Palestinian Goods" refers to Jewish goods. The "Palestinians" were invented only 20 years later!

    You can access this through the New York Times Historical Index (Its available at all academic and public libraries) You can do a key word search or go straight to the Dec 4 1945 issue. You can bring up the entire page from the Index.
