Labor for Palestine barely scrapes together 200 signatures on anti-Israel petition

Approximately 11.3 percent of all  American workers are members of labor unions. In 2013 there were 14.5 million wage and salary workers who belonged to unions. Of those 14.5 million workers, less than 200 signed on to a repulsively biased and one sided anti-Israel labor petition calling for an end to all aid to Israel, for dock workers to refuse to handle cargo destined for Israel  and for labor bodies to divest from Israel Bonds, and cut ties with the Histadrut, Israel’s labor federation.

That’s 200 out of 14,500,000.  Even the addition of international union members, retired union members and  members of professional associations could not push the number of signators on this travesty to even 1/2 of 1 percent.

The names of the few minority extremists follow: Many are dyed in the wool Israel haters first, and union members second. They aren't actually speaking on behalf of their unions in this petition- rather they are attempting to co-opt the good name of their unions to promote their own narrow and biased personal political agenda.
